We specialise in the processing of all ICASA Applications, NRCS Letter of Authority Applications and Energy Efficiency Facilitation under IEC Norms. All these services have very specific processes, documentation and reports required to successfully complete. Dataxlab ensures all the required forms are correctly populated, the correct reports and documentation are included and vetted. The completed “packs” are then submitted to the required organisations and the process monitored on behalf of the clients.
NRCS LOA
Dataxlab provides an end-to-end solution for the submission of LOA (Letter of Authority). This service includes Registration , Submission, and delivery of the certificate.Product Testing
Should the client's reports not comply or additional reports are required. Dataxlab will have your product tested via an Accredited CNAS or SANAS laboratory on your behalf. The only thing the client will need to provide is a sample of the unit in question.Declaration Facilitation
Should your product test report be issued under an equivalent standard other than what is required. Dataxlab will provide Declaration of Equivalence which will be read in conjunction with your original test document thus making it complaint for submission.Energy Efficiency Facilitation
Dataxlab will also facilitate Energy Efficiency (EE) under SANS941, as well as IEC 62087, should the manufacturer not have the relevant documentation available. Here again , only a sample will be required, and we will take care of the rest.ZICTA Certification
For Zambian Homologation under ZICTA , we pride ourselves on the strong relationship with the Zambian Regulatory Authorities namely , ZICTA. Dataxlab will apply for homologation on behalf of the client. This includes report vetting , submission and delivering of the certification in question. Label Authorization letters also fall part of this service which allows the client to sticker the product abroad thus reducing production time and costs locally.CRAN Certification
For Namibian Homologation under CRAN , we pride ourselves on the strong relationship with local agents in Namibia. Dataxlab will apply for CRAN homologation on behalf of the clients, using our local Namibian resources to rapidly expedite the application in question. This includes report vetting , submission and delivering of the certification.Homologation Requests
Clients are also free to call us for any advice pertaining to Homologation. As we have, a sound working relation with ICASA and can therefore provide a very quick response.IEC Test Report
Should the client only have EN Test documentation which is currently not accepted by NRCS without a supporting declaration or partial test based on IEC Norms. Dataxlab will facilitate this process of Declaration and Partial testing in order to make your test documentation complaint for submission.
